One Time Treatments

One Time Treatments are designed for the control of pests for real estate transactions or for those who do not want a service agreement. Although effective for that point in time, one time treatments by themselves are not effective enough to guarantee future infestation of the target pest.  Many of the target pests have multiple colonies outside of the property and routine service is required for their control.

A certificate of treatment is provided to all customers that is accepted by all lending institutions.

Some examples of one time treatments are:

1) You are selling your home and the buyer's inspector documented carpenter ants on your home.  A treatment certificate will be provided.

2) You notice mice in your home beginning in the fall.  We can provide a one time service for your needs.
